stop buzzing and insomnia
almost 6 am, awake from 5. terrible headache because i couldn't sleep.
i realize i should write this in my journal, but i can't start looking for it atm.
These mosquitoes are annoying. i understand they need our blood to survive, but WHY do they need to buzz in our ears as well?
why don't they just take what they need and be done with it?! It could be the price they pay since the buzz can alert the victim, and they could die..
why did my partner let that stupid show play..... aaaaaah i wanna sleep some moreeee...
i think my sleep issue comes from a strange fear of losing control. this only makes sense.
